Team Corrie The B!

My aunt Corrie is one of my heroes. She is one of the strongest people I know and on Saturday April 24 we walked in the M.S. walk in Salt Lake city for her! My aunt Corrie has had M.S for over 20 years now and is such an amazing person! I love her so much. She is so nice, caring, strong, sweet, funny, and most importantly has raised two wonderful daughters, Lacie and Jamie, who are two of my best friends! This walk raised thousands of dollars for M.S. and alot of awareness! I'm glad we had this opportunity to do this walk for my aunt and for all those who have this disease! Our team was called "Team Corrie the B!" All our friends know Corrie as the B not because she is one but because that's just what stuck :)!
P.S. We discovered one of Jamie's hidden talents...she can put her feet backwards and bend! so so so gross but so so so cool! it looks like she is standing forwards when she is backwards haha

Campin, Fire, BBQ, Volleyball, FUN

This weekend was another crazy weekend! Friday we played Volleyball and it was alot of fun. The best part was probably kayla's quote. She was trying to call the hit and say she had it but this is what came out..."I go...crap" needless to say it was a sweet dive kay kay but no such luck on hitting the ball! so funny! Then on Saturday We had a BBQ at Butch's house! Bekah and Butch made some delicious food! Me Bekah and Kayla entertained ourselves with bubbles and I kinda felt like I was five again..then Bekah and I jumped on the tramp where she informed me my front flip sucked..thanks bekah now I know to never do it again! Then we all decided to go camping..my part was only a half camp but whatev it was still fun! We did a little hike..hence all the pictures..we had to have an excuse to stop so that was our excuse! I couldn't breath half the time so I better start going hiking more because I hope to go alot this summer! Then once we finally made it and the boys set the tents up we had fun! we shot guns, made s'mores, laughed, and thank the heavens no practical jokes were made..for mine and Bekahs sakes! I do have to say however I would be scared of me and Airyn cause our shot was right on! Center of the target! The fire was fun although I washed my hair seven times and it still smells like smoke! but after we all chilled for a little bit me, Kayla, Airyn, and Kole decided not to stay the night with the rest of the crew so we hiked down in the pitch black! thank goodness for mine and kaylas awesome singing voices that carried us down the mountain and kept our mind off of hiking and mountain lions attacking us...even if Kole and Airyn did appreciate it! I thought we rocked it out pretty good! Thanks Kay Kay it was fun :)

Round up!

This past week has been very fun and pretty chill. Starting on Monday with the much awaited arrival of Baby Hyde Smith Silva! Jessica and Bruno finally had their little man and he weighed 7lbs and 3ounces! He is so stinkin cute! Then onto Tuesday we had our weekly sushi night and this time it was in Bountiful at Mikado's! Before sushi though me and one of my best friends that I have known for years, Shauntelle, went to frogurt in Riverdale and got to catch up on life! We hadn't seen each other for a while so it was nice! And then she joined us for our sushi night which was also very fun! Then on Wednesday I got to go over to Kayla's house because our friend Airyn was just recently baptized and so we had the missionaries over to give her the after baptism discussions! I was so grateful I got to go to this because it was awesome to feel how strong the spirit was and the missionaries were amazing! We are doing it again this Wednesday and I am looking forward to it. After the missionaries left Kayla, Airyn, and I headed down to American Fork for some In N' Out! It was very good as always. On our way home we decided to stop by temple square and just walk around. It was so beautiful but we froze our butts off! I am so grateful for the missionaries and to live here where we are so close to so many beautiful temples! It was a very very good day :) Then over the weekend I went and saw Date night! LOVED it! so so funny! I would definitely suggest seeing this one! I laughed pretty hard I won't lie!

oh and P.S. the school year is almost over and I can NOT wait! Only 3 more tests to take and 3 more papers to write! and Then Cali here I come!

Easter Pics

Easter Eggs and Pickled Eggs

This year Easter started a week early with an Easter egg hunt out at grandma and grandpa Jensen's house and Aunt Kit and Uncle Jerry's! We had lunch at Kit and Jerry's then had an Easter Egg hunt next door at grandpa and grandma's!It was so cute to see Macie try to figure out what she was suppose to be doing! She didn't like to pick the eggs up so she would walk up to them and wait for Brooklyn to pick it up! Then her and Stella liked to "share" and would put their eggs in each others baskets! After the hunt Macie played a little game of soccer with Amy! (I must say if i ever find someone that loves me half as much as Tyler loves Amy then I'll be a very happy person :)) While the little kids were hunting for their eggs grandpa Jensen was busy trying to get all us older peeps to eat his famous pickled eggs! I love my grandpa Jensen! He is probably one of the funniest people ever! Let me give you an example of the outrageous things he says, My grandma recently had surgery on her foot and hasn't been able to walk or stand for two months and so trying to make light of the situation my grandpa jokingly says, "I tell ya She can still kick some ass!" haha I could listen to him all day! Anyways The next weekend, Easter and Conference weekend, me and the fam went up to the cabin! It was so much fun! Saturday We took a little stroll around the town on the side by side and four wheeler! Then Sunday we woke up and had a delicious breakfast and watched conference! after conference macie found her basket and loved playing with her new Toad! she loved to jump on him and pretend to ride him! it was a very fun weekend! thanks mom and dad!
